Our Story

Peter and Gabriella van Breda are founders of World Impact Network.

World Impact Network was birthed in 1994 and later established as a non-profit, 501c3 organization in 1996. It has always been our intention to network, partner, and share our resources with those less privileged than ourselves. We have an abundance compared to many in developing nations who struggle for daily survival.

Having personally lived and worked in Africa, our hearts' desire has always been to train and equip leaders to successfully impact their communities. At WIN, we see this happening in several different ways. As we give of our time, abilities, knowledge, and resources we increase the potential for every leader in a developing nation to succeed and make a difference in the lives of those around him or her. We also acknowledge that this need does not end in underprivileged nations but exists right on our doorstep. If you could see the single parent families standing hopefully in our food lines or the young people genuinely seeking significance and self worth as they take on community projects, you would understand the importance of "giving back" locally! This is not the time to turn our backs on the needs before us but to rise to the challenge of changing lives. I can do it, you can do it, we can do it. Together we can live, work, and play in better communities. It is up to us!
