World Impact Network has responded to many emergency situations in Papua New Guinea.

In 1998

40,000 lbs. of food brought much needed relief to the hill tribes during a severe drought. The Red Cross was provided with milk for their hospitals.


In 1999

A well drilling rig drilled 100 new wells providing much needed fresh drinking water.


In 2000

A fully retrofitted ambulance was shipped from the U.S. to be used as a mobile medical clinic in the squatter settlements.
